Restaurants and stores are about min walking distance or min drive. We saw dolphins at the marina when we were relaxing at the balcony. Amenities are great too. Pool, hot tub, wifi, coffee, you name it. I will stay again for sure! Lisa is very kind and quick on the response. The view was amazing, Lisa was very responsive, and the condo was in great condition. I would definitely recommend this place and if I am ever back in the area this will be my first choice to stay! The location could not be better, and you get great value for your money.
Will definitely consider this apartment for a return visit. We spent one of nicest time in all the Airbnb appartements we ever rented through the years. The condo is better than the description or the photographs can portrait.
There is ample storage drawers, large closet full of hangers, hooks, bars. Kitchen is very well equipped with cooking oils, spices, condiments. It has all the basic kitchen appliances and cooking ustensiles. Bathroom has plenty of bars and hooks to hang your wet towels, face cloths, bathing suits. Plenty of hot water. Wifi was very fast and reliable.

The cookies and wine were such a personal touch that we loved! They have every amenity you could think of, and more! Another thing we loved was the bikes. We did not have to pay for transportation once while on our vacation. Aside from the condo itself, the location of it is awesome. There are a number of things to do around the area and having the beach across the street was great.

We will be back!! We absolutely loved our stay at Lisa's condo. It was a great location, right near a Publix grocery store. The condo was clean, beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. After a long day at the beach, it was nice to take a dip in the pool.

Very nice and well decorated, it was about 60 yards from the beach, right on the inter coastal waterway, with a nice pool, patio, and grills. We even watched a dolphin swimming right from the patio!

The condo building is very quiet — we rarely saw anyone else. It felt like we had a private pool, pier, and deck! This place has an amazing bay view, and the location is fabulous — walk to the Treasure Island beaches. Even in this crazy heat wave, the window unit kept the living room and kitchen plenty cold.
The bedroom was not as cool, but still very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The setting is lovely, as the complex is directly on the bay. We enjoyed breakfast in the common area overlooking the bay, and the pool which also is bay-front.
The condo is so nicely furnished in a nautical theme, with accessories to match. So clean and neat. William is a great host, and was so responsive to my correspondences and our needs. You will certainly enjoy your stay here. Place was very clean and modern. The pool and fishing dock were perfect. Also the owner was accommodating. This is the perfect condo for a couple looking for a quiet getaway; with all the amenities of living the beach life only a few minutes away.

We loved staying loved staying at this cute little house! It was a perfect space for the 2 of us. Nadine wrote us a little note and provided a few snacks for us too! There were so many thoughtful touches, which meant a lot to us. It's easy to see that Nadine puts her heart into this home.
Additionally, the place was very clean and organized. It's super modern and looks exactly like the pictures that are posted. It's located in a great part of town, where there are a lot of cute, historic homes. We enjoyed looking at all the Chrismas lights that were up! The only downside was that the thermostat was out of batteries and Nadine didn't respond to my messageso we went out to by batteries my husband fixed it.

Place was very quaint. Cute and very close to vinoy park. We practically walked everywhere. I will definitely rent here again! Close to downtown St Pete. A spacious waterfront park is just a few blocks walk away. The home is completely remodeled and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed. Greg was very responsive and helpful. He even has a book with info on all the specifics for the home and where to go, what to do, etc.
My favorite is the front porch, especially with the hanging swing chairs which I used to enjoy my coffee and wine! Greg's place is amazing! Perfect location in Historic Old NE. I have never encountered someone as rude, irrational, thoughtless, and downright prejudiced as Greg. I booked his place on an instant booking upon arriving in Tampa. Greg messages me his phone number. I message him again and he tells me to call him back. On the phone he was curt and dismissive. This is such a great location to explore St. The pool access and nearby waterfront offer multiple opportunities for relaxation and restoration while the plethora of shops, murals, coffee shops, breweries, etc. The studio was clean and beautifully decorated! Excellent host and accommodations. Pictures don't due it justice. We had a great time visiting downtown area. Host we're very helpful. My family had a wonderful experience at this cottage.
The grounds were immaculate. The pool was beautiful plus there were bikes for us to ride to the beach which was two blocks away. There are restaurants and museums to visit within a 1 mile radius. The host was very accommodating and responded promptly to any questions or concerns I may have had.

Nice place in downtown St. Petersburg, very close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and museums! And, make sure to check out the Dali museum! We loved our stay at Kay's place in the Old Northeast. Kay was very kind and accommodating. We parked in front of her beautiful bungalow so she could provide us with a parking pass and show us to the apartment.
You access it from the lane behind her home, walking up a short flight of stairs. There is a little cafe table with with chairs at the top of the stairs overlooking beautiful tropical folliage, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. You enter the apartment via a keyless lock and walk into a cozy room with a small sitting area set up around a tv and a table with chairs. A second room has a murphy bed and two desk set-ups. I found it ideal for working.
There is a small well equipped kitchen, a three-piece bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed. Kay provided lots of towels and toiletries. The bathroom is clean and very charming. If you are a very tall person, you might find the showerhead too low.
We loved the space for all of its charm, light-spilling windows and tree top views. It was very comfortable and exceptionally well located.
We walked to a mere block to get coffee at Black Crow. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We recommend the Wooden Rooster for breakfast. We hope to be able to stay with Kay again. I could of moved in as it was like home away from home. Very Clean and Relaxing. Close to Downtown that was so friendly. I definitely highly recommend staying here!!!
Great apartment in a great location. Very confortable for 4 adults. Walking distance to many restaurants. The location was absolutely ideal. I was able to walk into downtown and also it was very close to a rental bike rack so I was able to bike the whole area.

From the moment I arrived in St. Pete, I could tell they truly care about their guests. I had fresh towels folded and ready for me at the end of my comfy bed, detailed instructions and how to's on my nightstand, and brochures and maps of the city and its activities waiting on me to read.
Andre and Michelle truly care about getting to know you and making your experience in their home and in St. Pete easy, relaxing, and fun. I highly recommend staying with Andre and Michelle. I cannot wait to stay with them again on my next trip to St. If you are up for fascinating conversations in creative, art-filled space with gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts then you are in for a treat if you stay with Andre and Michelle.
I couldn't recommend them and their accommodations more highly. Besides a nice room, Andre and Michelle, provided me with breakfast and rides at a very reasonable fee. But more importantly, they were welcoming, engaging and great company, for those moments when I was around.

The house is clean and in a great part of town. Everything is within a fifteen minute walking distance from the house and there is a small bay beach less than ten minuet walk, that is by a park and a community pool.

You can see the bay from the street. Vinoy park has gorgeous views. Saturday morning had the most amazing farmers market downtown. I went for a 3 day festival at vinoy park, but that market downtown easily stole the show. The surrounding neighborhood was gorgeous. Walk up the street away from downtown and you'll see homey houses with garden and plants all over.
Seems like rhe whole city grows their own produce. Bikes everywhere, even the mailman delivers the mail on a bike. People walk their dogs everywhere, even into convenience stores, like Walgreens. Never saw one dog poop anywhere. The city is grea. I'd definely recommend going there and staying at the apartment. Btw- pictures don't do it justice.
The apartment is better in person. I didn't hear a peep from any of the neighbors. Owner isn't very hands on. We just communicated that I was arriving and got necessary code info and that's about it. But she was responsive to questions I had during the stay.
CONS- I have no cons that can't be rectified. Couch is actually a pull out that is very squeaky ok for one person but would be annoying for two. There is no street parking. It's 2 hour parking limit. There is a parking garage few blocks down with reasonable prices. There was no info in the apartment about "things to do in St Petes", so make sure you Hidden by Airbnb stuff to do ahead of time. Highly recommended city and Airbnb location. We loved staying here! We look forward to our next visit!
I would possibly recommend using a regular bed instead of the pullout couch. It was a bit rough on the back so we ended up placing the mattress on the ground. Was my first airbnb trip and absolutely loved this space! The location was perfect and the studio was so cute. Even had coffee available which was an amazing touch. Very clean and perfect for a little vacation. Great little apartment in an amazing location. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!
Super cute, clean, funend unit with a ton of windows and a couple great sitting areas - inside and out. We loved it - and Matt The apartment is close to the water and lots of restaurants. We loved just walking around. The apartment is as described. It was clean and cozy. Great television with lots of channels. We were very happy there.
